Everyone was very polite and friendly. They don't judge on gaps in work history. Interview was about 30 minutes, thanked me for my time and said I would be informed of their decision either way.

I applied online, faxed my resume to HR, and emailed it to the HR manager. I also knew a few people in the pharmacy department, because at the time I got hired, if you didn't know someone who already worked there, you didn't get an interview. I had one interview with three people at the same time, which was a little intimidating at first. The interview included the HR manager, the claims department director, and also the claims department manger. After my interview I was shown around the building, and taken through the claims department.
