First and for most there is no diversity. I was very surprised to see that. Scheduling was easy but they make you meet with the whole village before telling you that you are not a fit. Before interviewing I was highly interested but after talking I lost interest. I was surprised that a company that does executive hiring does not have a proper process for themselves.
