      Network Engineer Interview

      20 Feb 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The High Companies in Jan 2025

      Interview

I went through 3 rounds of interviews. 30 minute phone call with a recruiter, followed by a phone call with the hiring manager. I was brought in for a 3 hour in person interview where I met multiple members of the team. The process moved fairly quickly until after the last interview. Communication from then on was inconsistent and vague with multiple weeks between updates despite my following up. In the end I felt my time was not valued.
