Incredibly unstructured. The executive running this function had no experience doing anything related to this so they needed someone under them with the experience. No one on the team had any real experience that related to the job function. 6-7 interviews on top of a case study or two. Good culture fit and showed I could clearly do the job (12+ years of experience and they only needed 3-4). Then I received the auto rejection. When I reached back out for feedback they said they were looking for someone with more experience. Last I checked on linkedin no one is actually in that role. I suspect they never actually intended to fill the role.
