Interview
Interviewed for a promotion to Front-end Supervisor. At that point I was already debating leaving the company, but decided to give it a shot anyways. It consisted of five several scenario-type questions given by the Ops Manager. All of them were generic. Following that, the General Store Manager interviewed my about the various changes I would bring to the department.

The interview process is short. You receive
2 interviews and it takes about a week to receive response call back. It takes about a week to get an interview after submitting an application.

Interview
They make it super easy and comfortable. It doesn't feel unnatural which makes it easier to be yourself. I interviewed twice. Once to get my first position in the flooring department and another time to get my supervisor position.

Interview
Straight forward normal interview questions. Requires just one interview then orientation. Fairly easy hiring process. You get to meet your supervisor, HR, managers, and take a tour of the building.
