Interview
I applied online and a few days later got an automated call. I called back and answered yes/no questions to the automated voice and then was transferred to a representative who asked my basic questions asking about cashiering experience and simple questions. I then had an interview with the store manager who asked maybe 10 typical questions and then hired me on the spot. I just had to go get a drug test within 48 hours and then came in to do new hire paperwork and will start orientation next week.

What will you do knowing that you may be the only employee that a customer comes in contact with?
just a conversation with the HR team, asked the basic questions and nothing to stressful. they made the process very easy and the interview was actually truely with only one single person
5 minutes not even an interview just acceptance. I walked in and they said when can you start and if I can submit to a drug test and background check I said yes and left.

Interview
The interview process was a friendly and professional experience overall. The managers are nice and accommodating to students at least at this location as I was a current student at Oregon state university and needed to work around a college schedule.
