Interview
The interviewer said I passed the interview with a high score and then asked me if I have a boyfriend. After I said yes he said I should wait 2-3 weeks for a call from them. I never heard from them again and I believe it is due to this incident since I was fully qualified for the position. I am going to talk to the general manager and am currently filing formal complaints to the better business bureau and the NY state dept. of labor.
They ask pretty basic questions. It's quite straightforward and easy to answer if you are prepared. The questions ask about teamwork, accuracy, customer service experiences. The result came back pretty quickly.

Interview
It is an easy interview process. Just got interview call and next day interview. But there are so many application for one position. So i didn't get selected for this job.
Phone screen first and then came in for an interview talk to the manager. Set up another interview for the whole team, the panel interview. Took all day but it was smooth.
