It was a pretty average interview process where I was asked some personality questions. I was also asked how I handled difficult work situations in the past. The person I interviewed with was very nice. It took a couple weeks before I heard back from them with an offer.

They asked me to tell them about a difficult situation with a customer and how I handled it.
Overall the interview process was professional. I had to complete questionnaires online and in person they asked several questions. The interview went well, it was pretty much just hour average job interview
It's an online application with a personality test, but it took a looonnnng time for them to even reach out to me. Mine specifically took over a month for someone to even reach out to me.

The interview process for the Home Depot location in Key West Florida was very laidback and easy, I ended up receiving an offer on the day of interview which was definitely a big plus.
