Interview
Very relaxed process. First we got to ask questions to a bunch of different mangers from different departments within the supply chain branch. The interview itself consisted of two 30 minute behavioral interviews.

ormat: Phone or video call (30–45 minutes).
Focus: Your background, technical skills (ERP, SQL, forecasting, BI tools), and interest in Home Depot.

Great experience. Kind, thorough, conversational. No case studies or anything crazy. Interviewers were all very open to answering questions. 2 rounds before receiving an offer— accept an offer as compensation felt below market value.
