I worked as a cashier beforehand so my interview process was a simple role playing followed by questions.

The role play was hardest for me because in the heat of an altercation you never know what do or say but I know Home Depot values professionalism and taking care of the customer so of course those values must be repressented.
easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company
