The first round was quick with HR, where he did not even ask me about my background; more talk was about the position, pay, and if I was interested in meeting HM. A few days later, I met the HM. The meeting was pleasant, we had a very nice chat that lasted 45 minutes, and he was impressed with my 15+ years of experience. He read my resume and asked specific questions. Shortly after, I got a call from HR to schedule an interview with two engineers in their mid/late twenties; I am early forties. The interview was a bit unprofessional it seems that they did not even try to read my resume and background; they mostly asked standard interview questions that you usually ask people for entry-level positions. At the end of the interview, they told me that the next step was meeting the engineering manager. That never happened. A week later, I followed up with HR about the outcome. He politely responded, telling me he would have the answer within 48 hours. A week later, I followed up again and did not hear from him. Today, six weeks after my last interview, still nothing; they are simply ghosting me. Wery unproviesional.
