Interview
After taking a retail management assessment test I had an interview with 2 store managers. After those results are posted you take a place on the "slate" depending where you ranked.... 1 week I had an interview with 2 different managers for 2 stores and an offer was made for both stores. I accepted the one that made the most sense for my family and myself
Very simple. No tricky questions. a lot of questions related toward interaction with customers and how you would handle certain situations with in the store

Interview
I was internal so had to take an assessment for retail which consisted of 3 section plus an interview.
When you pass that and score well enough you will interview with a DM for any openings that may exist.
