Interview session with two managers, drug tested and hired on the spot. The interview session was for the opening of the Online Contact center. There was an interview portion with the managers, skills testing - customer service and typing, drug test, then the job offer. We didn't start until a month later.

Situation questions: tell us about a time when... how did you handle a certain situation...
easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company
