The interview was pretty straightforward nothing to worry about- I would have some examples of experience, technical skills and your problem-solving abilities. Also have an example of when you handled a challenging situation on the job.

Interview
Reported to the customer service desk and was escorted to the back to wait for a manager to interview me. I was then met by an assistant manager within five minuted and proceded to the actual interview.

Describe how you went above and beyond for a customer in the past?
Within 2 days of filling out the online application and completing the online test, The manager called to set up an interview with the assistant manager for the following day. The interview lasted ~15 minutes and consisted of 5 predetermined questions.
