Online assessment for cognitive skills and thinking prior to interview and simple in person interview that included an offer and necessary onboarding documents to start right away the next week

Interview
Just asked for your availability. You had to work a minimum of one weekend day with any weekly schedule. There were no questions regarding experience or why you wanted to work there.
Went in for an “interview” and I got asked about basic details and got told they’d do a background check, if it’s clean they’d hire me. They didn’t even ask about resume or experience lol, 1 week later hired and started 2 weeks after the “interview”.
