Interview
First off to get an in person interview you must apply online so that your details and credentials can be processed through their corporate offices (typical). Second, once you have been processed you are connected to the store that you applied to online. Once you have been processed you will generally get a phone call from the manage of the store asking you to come in and be interviewed. The manager who I was interviewed by was a very kind and humble man so the interview was pretty painless.

Interview
dual interview focused on previous leadership experience overall easy process as long as you can provide clear verbal feedback. one hour interview via zoom meeting was conducted on time zero delays.
Phone Interview and then on site interview with 3-4 different managers of different teams. Each interview with different managers takes about 15/20 minutes. After the interviews, there is a on on one tour of the head quarters with a full time employee who was a previous intern.
