I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Horton Group
Interview
The recruiter called 5 minutes after our supposed start time but was very nice. She let me know what they were looking for and asked about me and my experience. Ultimately for the work they wanted, it wasn’t worth the pay. At most I would have made 55k and that’s below what I made in my last role. She did let me know they work remotely and only come in the office 1 time a week. She also let me know the salary range would be 40k-55k even with a slight commission structure. I politely declined and we ended the call shortly after.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Horton Group (Orland Park, IL)
Interview
Conducted virtually. Had two rounds, each lasted about thirty minutes — met with manger/lead, director, and peer, No curve balls. Went as expected as I felt qualified for the role.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Horton Group in Apr 2021

My interview process started out with a phone call with the internal recruiter and then 2 video interviews with team members. I felt prepared by the recruiter every step of the way and felt very comfortable throughout the entire process.
