Company Director, Head of Production & Animation, and the Creative Director all met with me in a round table setting. Everyone was very professional but they all made feel comfortable and like they appreciated me taking the time to come speak with them. They didn't ask any questions like, "If you were a color, what shape would you be and how would you smell?", but they did ask questions about challenges I'd overcome with creative thinking, how I would solve certain Post-Production issues as related to the job description, things like that. They also encouraged me to ask questions about anything from salary, benefits, work expectations, etc. I was very nervous before the interview, but it felt like a bunch of new acquaintances getting to know each other and learning what they liked about each other. One of the best interview experiences I've ever had, and I've been working for them for almost 4 years now. And I've been encouraged to take my skills to other departments & I've had the opportunity to learn more & take on different tasks, projects, and responsibilities while growing my skills etc and experience!
