I was contacted via email about the opportunity to interview. The first interview was 15-20 minutes, which discussed the position and the interviewer asked a few questions. The second interview was a week later with a panel that works in the Admissions/Enrollment team. The main interviewer said I'd hear back within the next week about a decision. A week went by and I sent a follow-up email but still heard no response. So I can only assume that another candidate was chosen. I'm surprised that a big school like JHU would ghost interviewees and not follow up with at least an email.
