A phone call to set up the interview. Meet with Principals on one interview, following interview meet with a manager. Offer took a little bit to come back. No background check or drug screen.

Had great interviews! Talked with higher ups and had a great mindset. Then I was ghosted. No feedback or answers to my follow-up emails. Not professional at all. I wouldn’t want to work for a company that doesn’t value candidates and their hard work to get to final interview stages.
