Applied online and got an email a few days later for a phone interview, the same day got another interview to make an appointment for an in person interview. after my interview they told me i would be coming back next week for a second interview since that person was not there that week. got a follow up email from the recruiter saying that they were going with someone further along in the process even though i was told i was coming in for a second interview.
