The interview process took several weeks, with a number of interviews with members of various teams and a written assessment. Overall the interviews were very repetitive and didn't seem to focus on different aspects of the job. It also took several weeks to get a response following the final interview.

What started off as a great experience ended with being ghosted from the recruiter’s end. The interview went well and was told that I was moving to the next round with the manager overseeing the role. Had the interview time set up as well. Then it got cancelled with no notice so I had to reach out, after which I was told they are going in another direction. Since the recruiter seemed very interested in my skill set I figured we could stay in touch, but then when reaching out on other open roles afterwards, I was completely ghosted. Interesting to experience as not only do we see the recruiters still very active on LinkedIn, but often preaching about having a good company culture. Truly would have loved to work for this company for their values.
