They reached out about a few opportunities. Had a positive first interaction with the recruiter. But after that, it was pretty awful. The HM seemed incredibly casual and distracted during our interview. Then five weeks later my next round was scheduled, after following up with the recruiter 3 times. Then, the next round went well. Two weeks went by, and only then so I hear back that they are going in a different direction even though it was mostly positive feedback. And, I came recommended to them so I’m confused. So it took two months to conduct two interviews and reject me. Questions weren’t curve balls or difficult. Conversation was easy. I clearly showed interest. Also, I noticed comp is lower here in than other places - and was also informed about this by former employees, who also mentioned their dislike of leadership but enjoyed the brand as a place to work.
