Interview
I had one phone interview with the recruiter, who was polite and easy to talk to. I was told I'd hear back soon but had to email the Recruiter 2 times over two weeks to get a response. Then I had 5 interviews in a row, one with each department of the team I would be on. The people were forward and easy to talk to. The biggest issue is speed of communication. The interview process was painfully slow.
Finding the person with the pertinent skills, the related experience and the right fit for the team can be a challenging process. We’re so glad that you chose to join our team! Applied for the Sr. AE position and was then contacted by a Talent Acquisition Specialist to schedule an interview. Ended the call being told that I would soon hear about next steps. I sent a thank you email right after and then another email a few weeks later since I hadn't heard anything. Never heard back and the same job has been reposted several times since my interview so I'm wondering if they can't keep anyone in the position. Red flags all around.
