They quite literally just ask to see your lifeguarding certs and a few general questions about being willing to deal with small children and bossy people. Really laid back. After submitting my resume to the HR office, I was called back within 3 days for a one on one interview with the head of the Landings' pools, and from there the interview was scheduled to be within the week. The whole process was extremely fast and easy.
