      Front Office Receptionist Interview

      14 Oct 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Law Brothers (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2022

      Interview

I went to the office. The parking was easy, and finding the front lobby was alright. I went through an initial interview with the hiring manager, and then I was offered a second Zoom interview with HR. The Zoom interview asked very similar questions to the first one. I felt that many of the questions were focused on "how do you handle someone yelling at you or being intense at the work place". Overall, it was an alright experience, however, they never contacted me telling me they would not move forward with the process.

      Question 1

Have you ever had a conflict with a manger or supervisor, and how did you navigate that? Why are you interested in this role? Why are you interested in our company?
