The interview was very relaxed, and I learned a lot about the history of the learning experience. We also discussed growth opportunities. They were interested in my wants and needs and we’re able to place me in the classroom I wanted. We also discussed future raise opportunities that came to fruition.

It was a long interview with a tour and a moment to sit and observe a classroom. They asked about prior experiences and a few common questions also asked about my pay and availability.

It’s a two-part interview. First, you meet with the interviewee to answer a few general questions, and if they think you might make a good fit, they’ll move you onto the next phase, which is a “working interview.”

How would you deal with a child hitting another child ?
Before meeting with the director, I was given with thick application with basic information to fill out plus, page length of scenarios to answer. The director was welcoming and friendly. She was open to take my availability into consideration.
