The Lee Company interview questions

A half day affair that had me talk to five different people, only one of which seemed to have any experience with managing creative positions. The others, including the person I was told ran the department, were clueless. The HR folks were nice enough, but seemed better suited to hiring factory workers than marketing/creative staff.
