I interview with two different people, one who was leaving - interviewing her replacement, and the other, was with operations. The interview process was messy, at best. The second person was taking over the interview process since the first person had left.

Interview
Phone Interview. 1:1 with Sr. VP, then 1:1 with both the President and the Sales Manager. Everyone was kind, appropriate and made me feel at home. It had a very laid back feel.

They preferred that I interview them which I felt was refreshing and made the statement that they understand that we were both interviewing.
