Interview
After successfully my CV was selected following my online application for I was then asked to perform an online typing test. Having successfully passed it too I was then offered from HR an interview, which given the Covid situation , was online based. I was assessed from a panel of 2 people and they asked me competency based questions as well as question in relation to their company.

Interview
Straightforward , predictable and short . Not looking for people with a lot of experience. Interviewed by Abdul for haematology asked a lot of questions regarding ukas and neqas. You will be working primarily in haematology then you will be trying for biochemistry.
Friendly and straight forward. Questions asking you about turn around time and prioritising workload. They asked about EDTA samples, and wet preparation of specimens. Interviewed by two people, quality manager and specimen reception manager.
