Interview
I interview with the Senior Paralegal first. A week later I interviewed with the owner of the firm. After that I did not hear back so I sent a follow up email inquiring into the position, and offered to take a lower position to get my foot in the door.
Great interview experience. The process was seamless and only included one in-person interview. They let you know of the outcome within a week. If you have follow up questions, they are very responsive to emails.
