The Methodist Church interview questions

Panel from all of the different members of the methodist church including church of Scotland and URC. General questions around capability but also requesting opinion on what they thought would be the main area of research to focus on.

As my role was finance based, I had to do a spreadsheet test on pivot tables and V-lookups, and a word processing test, which was quite basic then I went for the interview. The interview was carried out by 2 senior managers one from the income and another from the purchase side. The whole interview took about an hour and a bit, then later that afternoon the recruiter informed me I got the job.
