Two interviews and a trial run, went alright for my first time trying to get a job in the industry. They told me I was overqualified but didn't have any openings for higher positions, and still wouldn't give me the runner job.

Question 1
What do you want to do at The Mill beyond running?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Mill (London, England) in Dec 2018
Interview
It was a very swift and not very thorough interview, I felt brushed off rather quickly. They contacted me 4 months after I applied and were shocked to know I had another job, as if I could not interview whilst working for another company.
