I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Modern Honolulu
Interview
It was nerve wrecking and some of the questions were difficult to understand because of the way it was worded. Interview process was 60 minutes, and the interviewer insisted on completing the meeting for the entire 60 mins.
At the end she didnt not discuss the organization at all and felt that the interviewer was cold and left me feeling that she was not interested.

Applied from the Modern Honolulu's career page. Filled out an application and attached my resume. I got a call a couple days later asking about basic qualifications and availability. An hour later I received a second call asking for additional days of availability which I was able provide. 20 minutes later I get a third call to schedule an interview.
I was instructed to enter from the employee entrance. Theres a gate in the back by the marina with stairs that lead up to security. I sat in the sun wearing a dark suit until my interviewer showed up about 15 minutes late.
