I interviewed at The Mozilla Foundation (Toronto, ON)
Interview
had two rounds of interviews
behavioural: asked me basic behavioural questions, like how i solve a conflict
technical: it was a pretty easy for loop question about palindroms. the interesting part is asking from a testing perspective what might break this function and how to test for it
I applied through university. I interviewed at The Mozilla Foundation (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Solved a LeetCode easy-medium question with two members of the team on CoderPad. Easy-going engineers who helped me with difficulties. Asked me a few web development questions network related like http, DMS, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Mozilla Foundation in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process was fine. I went through the recruiter, then the HM and then a loop which included 2 1:1 interviews back to back. I’m not upset that I didn’t get an offer but it seems like Mozilla’s culture is to ghost candidates. I used to admire this company… not anymore.
