I waited in the front office for a while then I interviewed with the design director in their small office and then i was walked in the carpentry shop. I

Met for 3 hours with two marketing employees and 2 co-owners. Long interview on skype with another marketing employee in L.A. I was told they would get back to me by the end of the week since there was a big convention coming up. Once I didn't hear from them by that day, I knew that they weren't going to hire me. However, they emailed me 3 month later saying we aren't hiring you . Well, really?!
