Interview was not very direct, kinda just walked around and gave a basic idea of what was to be expected. Never went over how payroll works or anything besides “…This is what we do, do you want the job or not?”

Interview
Met for 3 hours with two marketing employees and 2 co-owners. Long interview on skype with another marketing employee in L.A. I was told they would get back to me by the end of the week since there was a big convention coming up. Once I didn't hear from them by that day, I knew that they weren't going to hire me. However, they emailed me 3 month later saying we aren't hiring you . Well, really?!
