Got brought in for a brief interview, perhaps 20 minutes. Went through a number of questions, primarily about experience, then about how I would deal with different situations. It was pretty simple, and not too tense. Was hired immediately after.

How would you deal with a disgrulted customer who was causing a scene?
very good process, fair and reasonable, good questions, approachable team, cared about me as a person. Fabulous sites! Would recommend to anyone - sensational starter job. Really recommend to students.

Started with application being sent off, then got an email for the time and necessary information of the interview. On the day, got onto the video call site they requested and then they proceeded after a brief introduction to therefore ask questions to find out what I know about the job.
