Applied for the job directly through the TNC website. Was contacted for a 30-min 'phone screening' within a few weeks. The 30-min phone screening was thorough and provided more information on the job description/duties, salary range and other general questions on TNC. Within a few days (2-3days) I was invited to participate in a panel interview. This panel interview occurred approximately a week after my phone screen. After the panel interview I was asked for references approximately 2-3weeks later and then within 2 days I was offered the job by my supervisor.
