Walking up to your manager and setting up a 1-1 with them after 3 years of working in the same position for them and even working in other related positions and them eventually having a nonsense chat

Fairly straight forward and interview questions. There was one face to face interview with the head of the department, the second in charge, and someone from HR. Standard interview questions. The only "tricky" part was there were three people looking at me, which felt a little intimidating.
