Interviewed earlier in the year with the team. Almost everyone is nice. With that being said I was left with the impression that the organization did not really know what they were doing, they had aggressive goals with no plan/ structure in place on how to accomplish them. Frankly they seem to spend more time "strategizing" then actually doing. Which explains why the brand is not that well known. Speaking with team members it is clear to see they are years behind in almost every aspect of the business, from technology, culture, marketing etc.
Ultimately I turned the offer down because this place seems like a nightmare to work for and the teams dont know what they are doing. The people are friendly and it seems like a laid back environment which is great, but if your looking for a place to grow a career this is definitely not it.
