The Northwest School interview questions

The process was excellent in terms of practices to ensure and equitable interview process. Questions were shared in advance so I could be thoughtful, the consultant met with me to ensure I was prepared for the online interview, and questions were consistent across candidates.

I applied online. There was an initial phone screening with the residential life manager to discuss my background working with youth. That was followed up with an in-person, twenty minute interview with the same manager, plus a background check.
