I interviewed at The Olayan Group (London, England)
Interview
10 rounds of interviews, very soft skill driven. No technical questions. Number of rounds of interviews with HR to begin with. Very prolonged process over a number of weeks. Kept well informed at all times

Question 1
Interview process was mainly around soft skills and fitting in with values and culture
The interview process lasted over two months and involved an ongoing series of conversations with various individuals. I was asked to resign from my previous position early due to a three-month notice period, even though I had not yet received a formal offer. This was somewhat unusual
I applied online. I interviewed at The Olayan Group
Interview
The interview process was quite convoluted. Lots of stages plus an in-person task. The interviews felt redundant - the same questions just asked by various people in the business. In one stage of the interview, my interviewer didn’t even show up. In my final stage interview, halfway through our conversation the interviewer recommended an agency he thought I’d be a good fit at and wrote down their email. Totally unprofessional and a very odd way to hint that I didn’t have the job. Was completely ghosted by both the Group and the recruiter after my final stage interview - no rejection, just radio silence.
