Cover letter to apply, during interview there were multiple questions "describe when" etc checking competencies for the job. Real life examples are a must. In general questions were quite tricky.

Tell me about the time when you had to deal with a difficult colleague
Excellent — very thoughtful and welcoming. Competency based questions made answering the questions easier, and less stressful. Interviewers asked some follow up questions, which was professional but conversational too. Overall, a very well run interview with nice people.

One interview with mix of standard interview and competency based questions. Online in Covid times. Pre work provided presented at start of interview. Application process long winded and detailed and pre work but designed to establish right candidates so only one interview required.
