The Openwork Partnership interview questions

I was not offered an interview - they sent over a Thrive login portal. They requested that all applicants who need them should request accoms. I did, and they suggested common accoms. I emailed back to confirm, and ask that I have more time to start the application, the deadline elapsed by the time that they'd originally got back to me. They didn't reply, and a week later they emailed asking if I'm still interested in applying. As I assume that their comms team are mismanaged, I stated that I would not be keen to work with them. I hope that this is incidental ableism, but either way it's not a good impression!

Applied online. I quickly received an invite to complete a personality test run by thrive. Four weeks later and still no feedback. I sent an email to ask, all I got was there were high levels of applicants, we will come back to you soon, we appreciate your patience. Two weeks later still nothing, common courtesy costs nothing. Poor show.
