I applied online. I interviewed at The Openwork Partnership (Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England)
Interview
The interview process is a day-long interview process at Openwork's HQ in Swindon. The interview process is broken down into the 3 areas mentioned in the review below. Its a good touch for the company to provide lunch for interviewees though it probably doesn't have enough capacity to train enough individuals given the worsening industry adviser shortage. Manipulating the hiring process to do inside hires for company relatives isn't a good look.

Question 1
The interview assessment day is broken down in sessions covering the below:
Asking individuals to do a presentation about why they are a good fit to be a financial adviser.
Asking individuals to do a group shouting exercise asking 20 or so questions to find the answer to a hypothetical scenario.
Asking individuals to do a timed logic-based exercise suggesting when individuals should seek to request formal financial advice in scenarios similar to R06 exam.

Interview
I was not offered an interview - they sent over a Thrive login portal. They requested that all applicants who need them should request accoms. I did, and they suggested common accoms. I emailed back to confirm, and ask that I have more time to start the application, the deadline elapsed by the time that they'd originally got back to me. They didn't reply, and a week later they emailed asking if I'm still interested in applying. As I assume that their comms team are mismanaged, I stated that I would not be keen to work with them. I hope that this is incidental ableism, but either way it's not a good impression!

Interview
Applied online. I quickly received an invite to complete a personality test run by thrive.
Four weeks later and still no feedback. I sent an email to ask, all I got was there were high levels of applicants, we will come back to you soon, we appreciate your patience.
Two weeks later still nothing, common courtesy costs nothing. Poor show.
