It was quite smooth and casual; then again, they had just recently opened, so I am not sure if they operate that same way at this point. It lasted about 10 minutes.

Relatively personable, understanding, and fair interview. Store is looking for people who are good with people, friendly, and personable. One of the biggest pros is how open to scheduling they are.
If you’re looking to be a manager it may be difficult due to the company having many outdated systems and practices.
