Very casual. Mostly offered me information about the company. Immediately sends the contract after the first conversation. Minimum prep was needed, because your resume does all the talking. Very friendly, easy to talk to. Pay seemed very matter of fact and nonnegotiable. Relatively good benefits, though it’s all fee for service work.

They mostly asked about my fieldwork experiences, I gave them a rundown of my level 1/2 fieldwork. I was asked about what it was like working with children with autism. Afterward, they explained the company and the benefits package.
