I was contacted by the Regional Manager to set up an interview. There was very restricted times for the interview which forced me to rearrange my schedule immensely to make it. At the interview, the Regional Manager seemed impressed so he had me fill out some work rules and tax paperwork just in case he still wanted to go through with me after the other interviews it would be ready. The next day I received a call to schedule a second interview with the managers of the facility. The availability for this was also restrictive forcing me to rearrange my schedule; again. 30 minutes before this interview the Regional Manager rescheduled - which was not joyful news for me. Finally I had the second interview the next day after that. Luckily, I didn't work that day because, again, there was very limited availability for when it could happen even with THEIR inconvenience of rescheduling. The day after that the Regional Manager gave the final approval that I got the job.
