20 minute Phone interview and in person interview. Asked questions about customer service and my resume. Asked about availability, attendance. They went over training and what they are looking for in a driver.

Interview
On-site interview, then offer was made, I was asked to do a DOT Physical and Drug test. I had to wait to start until the next Bus Operator training class started (4 weeks), and they received the results from my tests. They also sent me onboarding paperwork to complete. This all took about 3 weeks and the HR lady stayed in contact with me the whole time.

Interview
Half hour conversation with the transportation supervisor and head of HR. Casual, conversation, normal questions. They just want to make sure you aren't a complete lunatic. Overall good experience. They didn't ask any difficult questions.
