Becky Herrick and Samantha Manassa reached out to me via LinkedIn and explained the role, told me about the organization and the leadership team and completed the first round of interviews. From there, Samantha continuously checked in with me and made sure I knew what to expect in terms of next steps. Samantha and Becky were always available to answer questions and made me feel really comfortable throughout the entire process. I interviewed with most of the executive team as well as with who is now my peer group. Everyone was great at reviewing expectations and goals of this role. The team gave me insight to culture, what to expect day to day and articulated the vision for the future.
