I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at The RealReal (Bayview, CA)
Interview
The interview process went by extremely quickly. All in all, there were only two people in charge of hiring for this role: the photo manager, and a recruiter. There was an initial phone screen by the in-house company recruiter, and a few days later I was meeting the people I'd be working with in the studio/office. Doing the studio tour / hypothetical daily run-through etc. A day or two later, I received the offer phone call from the recruiter. Unfortunate for this company: they do not negotiate whatsoever. Incredibly low pay rate for a role that requires a certain amount of experience, as well as a Tuesday - Saturday schedule with monthly mandatory overtime.

Interview
It was a group interview where you tour the premises. There are multiple stands with mannequins that have to be styled by the staff and you just have to put the clothes on to take the pictures.

Interview
Interviewer was 15 minutes late to the interview, didn't know my name or have my resumè. If you're looking to actually work with cameras, don't bother. It's just a manual labor warehouse job, not much to actually do with photography. Wish I knew that before I wasted my time. Job description was pretty misleading. Definitely interview elsewhere.

It is a 20 minute max phone call asking about your experience and if you would be able to commit to the job, physically. They make sure you know that you will be on your feet all day and how you can get to the job location via bus pickup.
